On-Holding a Meeting

Once you're in a meeting, you can put the meeting on hold, which is ideal for taking a break between a long meeting.  It will mute every user's voice portion and after a meeting has been put on-hold, other users will need to request entry to be allowed into the meeting.

 

To on-hold / off-hold a meeting over the phone:

  1. Press #43 to put the meeting on-hold.

  2. Press #43 again to put the meeting back to off-hold.

 

Note: vMeeting Moderator displays users who have dialled into the meeting but put on hold due to the meeting's on-hold status, by showing icon next the user.
