Muting Your Line

The mute feature enables you to mute your phone line so background noise or phone static is not heard by the other participants within the meeting.

Tip: To reduce the amount of noise within a meeting, all participants should mute their line when not speaking.

To mute or unmute your line over the phone:

    1.    Press #5 to mute your phone line.

    2.    Press #5 again to unmute your phone line.
