The Out-dial feature makes it easy for you to quickly add other people to a
meeting you are attending. This feature is useful when you need to round up missing
invitees, ask a question of a person not in the meeting, or quickly gather a
team to resolve an emergency situation.

Note: This feature may not be available to all users due to security precautions implemented by the system manager. It also depends on the vMeeting.NET configurations. |
1. Press #3.
2. Enter the phone number of the person who you would like to invite, followed by #.
3. After the user has answered the phone, s/he is added to the meeting.
4. After the user is connected, you have the following options:
· Press *1: Admit the invitee who you have just dialled and continue Dial-Out to others.
· Press *2: Disconnect the invitee who you have just dialled and continue Dial-Out to others.
· Press *3: Admit the invitee who you have just dialled and return to the conference.
· Press *4: Disconnect the invitee who you have just dialled and return to the conference.
